Open, full and the next start date are edited by staff on one sheet, and the home page reads the same sheet. A full group keeps a list, and the people on it hear first.
Ninety minutes, once a week

sessions held last year, across the six groups. Attendance is never counted by name, so the number is of evenings, not of people.
A facilitator opens and closes; the middle belongs to whoever wants it. Nobody is asked to speak, nobody is asked what happened, and nothing said in the room is written down. The Spanish-language group runs the same way, in Spanish, with a Spanish-speaking advocate.
Groups are free. If you are not sure which one fits, the helpline advocate will say which they would try first.
